1. Judy Ann Santos's hospital bag is ready for when she gives birth any time now
The very pregnant star is now ready to give birth to Baby Luna any time now. She has already prepped her hospital bag just in case. She also shared her tips for moms-to-be: "Tips for mom's about to give birth: Prepare your things even before the baby's arrival (baka mapaaga pagdating mabuti ng handa)," she wrote s caption. She then enumerated what's in her hospital bag: change of clothes, nursing bra, baby's clothes, cotton balls, baby wipes, toiletries, maternity pads, books or anything that can keep you company while at the hospital, newborn diapers, alcohol, and socks. "At ang pinaka importante sa lahat? Your HUSBAND! to hold you, take videos and photos, to take care of you…and to pay for your hospital bills," she quipped. (gmanetwork.com)

According to a new post on the reality TV star's app, she ate her own placenta to prevent her from having postpartum depression. Kim Kardashian had her placenta freeze-dried and made into a pill. "I heard so many stories when I was pregnant with North of moms who never ate their placenta with their first baby and then had postpartum depression, but then when they took the pills with their second baby, they did not suffer from depression!" Kim explains. She's confident that she has nothing to lose if she tried taking pill made of her own hormones. She and husband Kanye West welcomed their son Saint last December 5. 4. Taking anti-depressants while pregnant linked to autism
Researchers at the University of Montreal followed 145,000 pregnant women and their children over ten years, and found that antidepressants, particularly Prozac and Seroxat, when taken in the second or third trimester could increase the chances of their child developing autism by 87 percent compared to mothers who did not take amy medication at all. However, the risk is still small, stresses Ian Dale, head of research at the National Autistic Society. He said, of the total number of children involved in the study, only 1,054 children were diagnosed with autism at around four-and-a-half-years old. (huffingtonpost.co.uk)
5. U.K.'s first astronaut is a dad
Tim Peake has just reached the International Space Station via a Russian Soyuz with Russian commander Yuri Melenchenko and U.S. Astronaut Tim Kopra. Peake, who's previously an Army major and helicopter pilot, will stay there for six months as it orbits the Earth. Before embarking on his mission, he said goodbye to his family.
