The Kapuso Primetime Queen is back to work now that she has signed on to play the role of Ynang Reyna in the 2016 remake of GMA’s Encantadia. Marian Rivera says she's truly grateful for the network that they agreed on a compromise since her daughter Baby Zia is only three months old. She reveals to Pep.ph, “Pero talagang nakipag-compromise sila. Kaya nag-usap kaming mag-asawa na walang dahilan para tanggihan ko siya. Kasi, lahat ng hiling ko para maalagaan ko ang anak kong mabuti at nandiyan pa rin ako kay Zia, e, ibinigay nilang talaga.” Marian is also slated to go back to Sunday Pinasaya on February 21. Her management fixed her schedule so she could rehearse for two hours max, and during Sundays, she’d only be away for half a day. (pep.ph)

The first One Direction member to be a dad just made his fans’ hearts melt when he posted a photo of him and his son Freddie on Instagram. “Lad and Dad,” Louis Tomlinson wrote as caption for the photo that shows him shirtless and cradling Baby Freddie in his tattoo-inked arms. He seems to be enjoying his new role as a father, and everyone, even former band member Zayn Malik who admits that they are not in good terms right now thinks Baby Freddie is so adorable. 3. U.S. declares hoverboards are not safe
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has declared the hoverboards are not safe to use after a month-long investigation into the safety hazards that they pose. The agency has sent out an official notice to retailer, manufacturers, and importers with new hoverboard safety standards. It also wants the hoverboards currently in the market to be voluntarily recalled until they are certified as safe to use by the UL, an independent firm widely used by U.S. electronic manufacturers. Currently, no hoverboard has the UL’s certification on safety. (mashable.com)

Callum Neff broke a world record when he ran the Katy Half Marathon in Texas while pushing his youngest daughter Holland. The record he broke was one hour and 13 minutes and he did it in one hour and 11 minutes. The average finishing time for the marathon for a man was two hours and 21 minutes so it makes Callum and Holland’s accomplishment more incredible. "It shows that anything is really possible and that being a dad and working doesn’t mean you have to give up on other dreams and hobbies," he said. (huffingtonpost.co.uk)
