Researchers also found that kids whose moms lead a sedentary life spent more time looking at screens. The study, which was published in the Maternal and Child Health Journal, only shows how big an impact a mom has on her daughter. Next up, researchers are looking at efforts to help mothers increase their physical activity and if that would affect their daughter’s physical activity as well. (livescience.com)
