It has been reported a few weeks back that the sexy comedienne is expecting her first child with fiancé Trevor Magallanes. Rufa Mae recently took to Instagram to 'confirm' her pregnancy, albeit not directly. "Salamat po mga friends sa pag-support sa next chapter ng pag-kababae ko, sa pagiging pamilyadong buhay ko, excited ako kahit nag-gain ako ng weight. Ok lang at least, panahon na para kalimutan ko muna sarili ko at ang haharapin ko ay buhay ilaw na ng tahanan," she wrote. She says she's also praying to have the strength for her body, mind, and soul in this new chapter of her life. She already alluded to her condition in a previous post showing off her bikini body. "Huling hirit this year... Baka next year na ulit ako maka-posing ng ganito." Congratulations! (pep.ph)

During his guesting on ABS-CBN's morning talk show Magandang Buhay, Ogie Alcasid couldn't help but become emotional after hearing his daughters' (with ex-wife Michelle Van Eimeren) messages. "Whenever I have something I need to go to him for, I need advice or I have a problem, he always has the best answers and he always knows how I'm feeling and he always knows how to fix it. I really admire him for that," his eldest daughter Leila said about her dad. His second daughter Sarah added, "He will be able to tell me something to make me feel better or to help guide me down the right path. He's very good at that and I think that's amazing." Ogie, who is also a dad to son Nate with wife Regine Velasquez, replied to them and said, "I am so happy to be your dad. I know that I'm only in Australia five or six times a year but those are the times that are most precious to me when I'm with you.” Awww.  (abs-cbn.com)

The best-selling author recently released via the official online home of the Harry Potter franchise a series of her original drawings that she did while she was writing the original books about the boy who lived. The illustrations include depictions of Harry looking into the Mirror of Erised, the Weasley brothers, Quidditch, and Snape teaching a potions class. Despite the statement that Harry Potter's story ends in the play Harry Potter and The Cursed Child, Rowling is releasing three new short stories also set in the same wizarding world. The new movie Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, based on a Hogwarts textbook, will premiere in theaters in November. (mashable.com)

    5. Chef Jamie Oliver finally reveals newborn baby's name

If you're bracing yourself for an odd name from the British celebrity chef and his wife, you could be quite disappointed (or relieved). Don't worry it's still a unique name considering the couple's penchant for quirky monikers. "It’s probably polite to formally introduce the new boy to you, his name's River Rocket Oliver... we think it suits him and he’s a little gift and we are all very happy," Jamie wrote in an Instagram post. A few days past, Jools Oliver posted a photo that says, "Dream Big River" with rocket and blue heart emojis on the caption that fueled speculations -- and now it's confirmed. The little baby boy, who arrived last August 8, joins his four older siblings: Poppy Honey Rosie, 14, Daisy Boo Pamela, 12, Petal Blossom Rainbow, 6, and five-year-old Buddy Bear Maurice.
