#WALANGPASOK December 3: List of Class Suspensions Due to Typhoon Tisoy

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal #2 was raised in Metro Manila. That is automatic suspension of classes from preschool to senior high school, according to the guidelines of the Department of Education.

According to Pagasa, Typhoon Tisoy is expected to make landfall over Catanduanes, Albay or Sorsogon between tonight and tomorrow early morning.

Signal no. 3 is already up in Catanduanes, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, southern portion of Camarines Norte, Masbate, Romblon, souther portion of Quezon, Northern Samar, northern portion of Eastern Samar, and norther portion of Samar, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.

[UPDATE, December 3, 8:15 a.m. ] Signal no. 3 is also up in Batangas, Cavite and Laguna.
