One particular part that will tug at your heart is Camille's personal vow to VJ. "Thank you for always putting me first. For always looking after my own happiness and comfort before yours. For loving me with all my flaws and imperfection. Most of all, I am grateful for the love that you give to Nathan. You are truly an answered prayer not only to me but more so for him. Because of you, I am a firm believer of second chances, destiny, and fate." On his part, VJ said during his personal vow. "I will always be there because I give you my hand to hold. In her send-off message to firstborn daughter Leila, the former Miss Universe Australia posted on Instagram: "Breathe in each moment, live with intention and have gratitude for even the smallest details. I know you are nervous, believe in yourself, I do. I have confidence in the young woman I've watched you become, as your mum, I could not be prouder." Michelle continued, "Enjoy this year of self-discovery, reconnecting with your roots and most importantly family. I'm excited to hear all your stories, celebrate your achievements and of course always be here if you need me, if anything doesn't go as planned. I love you my darling, I will miss you." President Duterte signs EO for full implementation of modern family planning
Executive Order No. 12, or the Attaining and Sustaining Zero Unmet Need for Modern Family Planning Services through the Strict Implementation of the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act, Providing Funds Therefore and for Other Purposes, was signed by President Rodrigo Duterte on January 9 and was released to the public on Wednesday, January 11. The EO "aims to intensify and accelerate the implementation of critical actions necessary and sustain 'zero unmet need for modern family planning' for all poor households by 2018, and all of Filipinos thereafter, within the context of the [Reproductive Health (RH)] Law and its implementing rules." A few of its implementing rules are for the Department of Education (DepEd) to implement a "gender-sensitive and rights-based" sexual education in schools, the Philippine Commission of Women to "promote reproductive health rights", the Department of Health (DOH) to fully implement the RH with the help of the local government units. The Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Law was enacted under President Noynoy Aquino in December 2012 after a contentious 14-year battle with the Catholic Church and pro-life groups, but its full implementation was held back by a temporary restraining order for contraceptive implants in July 2015. DOH to give counseling, sex education alongside condom distribution in schools 
In line with the newly-signed EO for full implementation of the Reproductive Health Law and the campaign against HIV/AIDS among the youth, the Department of Health (DOH), together with the Department of Education (DepEd), are in the final stages of planning for the distribution of condoms in schools. DOH Secretary Paulyn Ubial unveiled their "ABC" framework: Abstinence, Being faithful, and Condom use. "Our main advocacy for young people and the youth is actually abstinence and delaying sexual debut. And if they cannot do that... be faithful, so have only one partner," Ubial said. "C is (for) condom use, which is the last resort in terms of protecting yourself from unwanted pregnancy and sexually-transmitted infections," she added. Teachers will be equipped with the necessary skills to impart lessons on sex education, and peer counseling will also be available. Ubial stressed that students who will be receiving the condoms will be offered counseling. The condoms will be distributed through school clinics or health centers. (cnnphilippines.com)

Our first look at the third installment of Disney Pixar's Cars franchise left us wondering after it showed only a scene of Lightning McQueen (Owen Wilson) crashing during a race. In this extended look, we finally have a glimpse of McQueen's younger rival and rookie sensation Jackson Storm (Armie Hammer) and the young race technician who's helping him out, Cruz Ramirez (Cristela Alonzo).
