Pizza-Making, Pottery, And More! Here Are Summer Workshops For Your Kids

Summer is here once again and one thing’s for sure--kids and kids at heart are excited to be out and about!
School is over (for some), and there’s finally time to do something fun!

1. Papa John’s Little Pizza Makers’ Camp (Mom and Child Edition)

For kids (and parents) who love pizza, this activity is hitting two birds with one stone! You can enjoy the process of pizza making and then taste what you made! The camp includes a store tour, fun activities and games for the kids!

2. Amare Kiddie Pizza Master

 

 

If your family is located in the South or is spending some time around Cavite, there is a fun activity set by Amare La Cucina located in Torres Farm Resort. For only P549 per person, the activity includes Pizza Making, 1 Whole Hawaiian Pizza, 1 pc. Amare Apron, 1 pc. Amare Toque and a Certificate of Appreciation. The pizza-making activity is open for all ages (if kids are below 7 yrs old, a guardian is needed).

3. Art Mama Studio

For kids who love arts, drawing, painting and mixing colors, Art Mama Studio curated programs for different age levels. From beginner classes to advanced classes, watercolor and acrylic workshops, parents and children can choose what classes best fit their interest. All classes are done online via Zoom, so location is not a problem.

 Classes Offered: My Childhood World (Basic drawing workshop for kids 6-9 years old), Drawing for Teens (Basic Drawing for teens and pre-teens 10-14 years old), Acrylic Painting (Basic Acrylic Painting Workshop 6-14 years old), Color Play (Basic Watercolor Workshop 6-14 years old)

4. Pampanga Pottery

 

 

Another unique and one-of-a-kind activity is pottery class. Pampanga Pottery offers all-year-round pottery classes for all ages. And it accepts kids as young as 3 years old!

It offers beginner classes or enhancement of pottery skills for those with experience. If done with the pottery classes, the family can enjoy the farm and feed rabbits and fishes, and walk around. 

Pottery classes start at P300 per person up to P1,500 per person, depending on the preferred activities.

5. SM Araneta City Cubao Summer Kids Fest 

 

 

Looking for an activity within the city and inside the mall? SM Araneta City Cubao has been holding a kids’ fest since April and lasts up to May 2023. 

Activities available are ballet art and taekwondo classes. To avail the promo, a minimum P2,000 purchase is required (toys, kids’ wear and kids’ accessories) at SM Araneta City Cubao. 

If the minimum purchase is not reached, SM Advantage and Prestige cardholders can still avail of the P500 discount from all the mentioned classes.

6. P’s Kitchen

 

 

For kids who love to cook and bake, this special cooking and summer class is for you! P’s Kitchen offers a hands-on workshop especially made for kids. The classes are open to kids aged 4 to 9 years old, and they can learn the basics of baking and cooking from scratch. The recipes are easy to follow and bonus--kids can take home everything they cook from the class!
