Admission requirements:

- Child must be 7 years old

- Accomplished Admissions Form

- 1 pc. recent 1" x 1" ID photo (student)

- 1 pc. recent 1" x 1" ID photo colored (each parent)

- Photocopy of the church marriage contract of the parents

- Photocopy of the birth certificate of the student applicant

- Photocopy of the baptismal certificate of the student applicant

- Photocopy of the report card (of most recently completed school year or quarter of the current school year)

- Sealed Recommendation Forms (for Grade 2 and beyond). Forms can be downloaded from website.

 

Admission Procedure:

1. Parents will be scheduled for an interview (by appointment)

2. Submit the required documents

3. Pay the testing fee and secure a schedule for the test

4. Test results will be released after 2 days

 

Enrollment Period: starts March 2012
