When your child is shy, it’s challenging to have him or her participate in group activities, team sports, and other social functions that require them to be around people. How do you choose summer classes that would fit their introverted ways?
The way to get him or her to come out of their shell is to help them to trust those around them, and it starts with being able to feel safe and in a non-competitive, non-judgemental environment.
