The event helps attendees learn more about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurodiversity through exhibits while enjoying interactive activities. It's a great opportunity for families to discover how far we've come in promoting awareness and inclusion, while also recognizing the work still needed to ensure a supportive environment for those on the spectrum.
After the educational session, kids can enjoy the play area and crafts corner:
Pages and Puppetry: Celebrating Autism Awareness Through Storytelling is another fun activity at the Activity Area, Upper Ground Floor, Gateway Mall 1. It showcases lively storytelling and puppet shows, with sessions hosted by the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) and the Quezon City Public Library.
Besides those, a consultative dialogue for parents of newly diagnosed children with autism occurred on April 2, and the Autism Advocate Awards 2025 was named. The Quantum Skyview and Big Dome lit up in blue to support autism awareness.
If you want to celebrate or support Autism Awareness Day, drop by Gateway Mall at Araneta Center, Quezon City. The mall is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Join the activities, learn more about the condition, and be part of this meaningful celebration!
