One of the many milestones that get us, the parents, excited (and anxious!) is when our child is finally ready for preschool. Who doesn't anticipate the milestone when our baby takes a step to explore the world further around him? When choosing the appropriate preschool for our child, we consider a lot of practical things like the cost, location, and environment, and whether the method of teaching is traditional, Montessori, or progressive.
There really isn’t a right or wrong school for our little one. What works for one child may not work for another. It’s important, though, that we pick the school that is one with us in honing our child’s skills, behavior, character, and personality in his early years.
To those living in the eastern part of Metro Manila, here’s a list of preschools in Marikina. The list is not encompassing, but it will give you an idea on tuition costs in the area, and hopefully, it will help you choose the preschool that you believe is best for your child.
