Celebrity mom Bianca King, who's currently based in Australia, opens up about her postpartum depression and other struggles she experienced while living abroad.
Bianca shared that she and her husband, Ralph Wintle, hadn't planned to settle in Australia; they only ended up staying because of the lockdown. She also revealed that her pregnancy with Sadie was far from smooth.

"During pregnancy, that was a different story. I think postpartum was an entirely different story as well. It wasn't the easiest experience for me, and motherhood in the earliest days of postpartum is so isolating already," Bianca shared with 24 Oras.
The mompreneur added, "Ilagay mo 'yung isang babae sa isang foreign country na walang pamilya, walang close friends nearby. It was very tough for me."
Feeling isolated, Bianca revealed that she sought professional help and underwent birth debriefing, a process similar to counseling. She said, "Nung nararamdaman ko na na I can't cope, I really sought the help of a perinatal psychotherapist na midwife rin."
