Twitter user Von Erik (@vonerikkk) has shared a short video of a toy he found from his childhood, and the reason why it was one of his most treasured possessions.
He shared the video of the Polly Pocket toy on January 8, writing that his mom gifted it to him in secret after realizing how much he coveted his sister’s Barbie dolls.
"My mom knew I was gay when I was around six years old," he said. "I was always jealous of my sister's Barbie dolls so she gave me this. She told me not to tell my dad. I'm 30 years old now and this will always be my most fave gift from anyone ever," he added.
He often shares endearing stories about his mom and his childhood on his Twitter account.
His tweet about his Polly Pocket had over 15,300 likes at the time of writing.
