Twins really are double the fun -- and the trouble! And parents Jonathan and Susana Balkin know it all too well.
Imagine reviewing footage from your baby monitor and finding your two-year-olds getting up to all sorts of shenanigans in the middle of the night!
The parents had to wrangle up their tots several times in one night as the pair have a habit of climbing out of their cribs and just having a ball -- rolling over a mountain of pillows, playing on the couch, and more.
“We actually had heard them giggling and laughing from our living room, so we were eavesdropping outside their door,” the dad explained on the Today show, according to Huffington Post.
“We ended up spying on them for a little while on the camera just to make sure they weren’t getting into trouble, they weren’t getting hurt. And then after a while we decided, ‘Okay, it’s time to intervene, put them to bed.’ That didn’t really work out so well.” Jonathan adds that the party lasted for a couple of hours.
