Invest in a good breast pump, a chest freezer, and plenty of breastmilk bags if you decide to breastfeed.
Pregnancy pillow/nursing pillow is your best friend.
Have a birth plan and discuss it well with your OB-GYN.
Don't believe everything you see online. Ask your OB-GYN right away if you have concerns.
Build your stash 30 days before going back to work.
If you have a baby who wants to freely move around and doesn't want to be contained, don't buy expensive electric swing and playpen.
Leave those Facebook groups with toxic and conceited mommy members.

Postpartum blues is normal.
Postpartum depression is real. Reach out to young moms and share with them what you feel.
Be physically, mentally, and emotionally ready for growth spurts.
Don't compare your baby with other babies. Every child grows uniquely and develops differently.
Watch out for "red flags" in baby's development. It's better to obey than delay.
Some moms do it better, imitate them.
Some moms humiliate, avoid them.
