When YouTuber Wayne Goss talked about artist Raluca's amazing eyebrow skills, we just had to head to her page to see her talent for ourselves. She has an insane gift of granting natural-looking brows to people who have barely any.
What Raluca does is the hair stroke technique, wherein she draws brow strands with a sharp pencil or stamps hair-like lines using a pomade and a fine flat brush. It may look easy, but this takes a lot of precision—it's challenging not to smear the whole arch (you need a lot of practice). It's really the best way to create fuller arches without having them look too made up.
She even posted a quick tutorial so everyone can score feathery brows by themselves.
One trick we noticed is that Raluca swipes a bit of concealer on the outlines of the eyebrows to make everything appear clean.
