Why Is The Internet Crazy About This Lip Tint?

I'm in love with lip tints. I don't think I can live without one. It was probably one of the first makeup products I owned, so it has a special place in my kikay heart. That said, I always get intrigued whenever there's a new brand out.

As I was wasting time on the internet (who doesn't, right?), I stumbled upon a lip tint that seemed to be everywhere: Romand Juicy Lasting Tint. I first saw it from Cosmo Content Creator (3CN) Anna Cay's Youtube video, and I instantly got sold when I saw how the product looked on her lips.

Romand Juicy Lasting Tints come in seven shades: Juicy Oh!, Ruby Red, Summer Scent, Dragon Pink, Peach Me, Figfig, and Jujube. All colors are based on fruits and their corresponding hues.

I researched and read rave reviews about it, and I had to find out if it's really worth the hype. I got Summer Scent, which has a watermelon fragrance and a bright magenta hue with warm undertones. Read on to see my findings:

It has a juicy-looking finish.

Unlike most lip tints, the Romand Juicy Lasting Tint has a gel-like finish, which makes your pout appear, well, juicy.

It smells really yummy.

It was inspired by the watermelon fruit, and its scent reminded me of the lip balms I used when I was still a student.

The color payoff is impressive.

My lips were coated in bright magenta with just a single layer of the tint. I wore this overnight, and it was still there when I woke up.

It's moisturizing.

While its gel formula won't survive after eating or drinking, it will never dry out your pout.

It's great for a blurred lip or popsicle-stained look.

It gives a natural-looking flush.

A light dab on the cheeks creates the prettiest just-pinched look. Its lightweight gel formula won't ever feel sticky on the skin.
