Let's face it, the trendy swimsuits they make today are not the most comfortable. Especially if you're a mom with a bunch of other things to worry about on the beach, tiny swimsuits do not assure you that everything will be, ahem, kept in place.
Funny moms Kristin Hensley and Jen Smedley, the creators of the web series “#IMomSoHard,” know the struggle well. In a video recently posted on their Facebook page, which has now reached over 8 million views, the two go on a hilarious rant and commentary on a few choice swimsuit pieces that were deemed “unreasonable.” These are suits to “stay away from.”
One with web-like cutouts was described as “designed by Spider-Man” (which we can’t help but agree with). The duo jest that the swimsuits make mom duties -- like being your kids’ personal lifeguard or finding sunglasses lost in the sand -- harder than it has to be.
In the end, they say, it all boils down to what allows you to have fun and enjoy in the most. “You wanna know what’s really sexy?” said Kristin. “Joy.”
