Ormoc Rep. Lucy Torres-Gomez took the dress code even further with the help of her husband, actor and Ormoc City's mayor Richard Gomez, who was clueless.
In her Instagram post on Tuesday, July 26 (see below), the congresswoman revealed that her top came from an old barong Tagalog that belonged to her husband, and she took it to designer Randy Ortiz to make some alterations.
