6. Confirm your booking: Finalize your booking by confirming the date, time, and any special requests with your preferred Timezone branch. A deposit of 50% of total package cost is required to book your preferred date, with the final payment due on the day of the event. Card swipers and other package inclusions will be provided on the day of the event.

Tips for a successful Timezone party

Book early: Secure your preferred date and time by booking early, especially for weekend dates which are more in demand.

Visit your preferred branch to book: Each Timezone branch has quite different interpretations of their package inclusions when it comes to party room use. Some branches allow exclusive room use for a minimum number of guests, while other branches allow multiple party bookings–Timezone staff will call and inform the first interested booked party if another customer is interested in the same date and time. You can opt to book the minimum required number of guests the branch requires to keep the party room exclusively for your party (minimum 50% of the party room’s capacity for some branches).

Count the “playing guests”: Timezone’s head count only includes the “playing guests,” or those who will use the game card swipers. This means that you have the option to just provide food for the guardians and parents especially if your party consists of big kids and tweens. However, note that Timezone will only count the playing guests when they consider exclusive room use.

Packaged vs. catered food: Given the limited space in Timezone’s party rooms, packaged food is recommended for easier distribution and cleanup. You can arrange for your preferred restaurant or fast food outlet to deliver directly to the Timezone branch.

Purchase water bottles from Timezone: You can opt to purchase water bottles directly from Timezone for your guests for refreshments after a day of gaming.

Utensils and pull-apart cake: Consider bringing disposable plates and utensils so your guests can enjoy the cake and other food you might provide. You can also opt for cupcakes (or a pull-apart cake/cupcake) for easier distribution.

Special requests: Don’t forget to communicate any special needs and requests in advance to the Timezone branch.
