Trick Or Treat! Harry Potter And Toy Story Fans Are Ready For Halloween

It sucks that kids cannot do trick or treat again this year for Halloween. But it hasn't stopped parents from doing their best. All you have to do is see the photos here of the resourcerfulness of moms and dads.

And while travel restrictions are easing up (Metro Manila has been downgraded to Alert Level 3 status as of this writing), COVID-19 pandemic is very much in our midst. Vaccination is still limited to minors ages 12 to 17 with comorbidities. So we highly recommend making Halloween a stay-at-home party to keep everyone safe.

Besides, kids find Halloween exciting because they get to play dress up, and we encourage parents to do the same!
