I'd like to share with you my DIY projects during our home renovation last year.
I've been reading a lot of posts on being a hoarder. I can relate kasi I myself find it really hard to let go of things. It is always a cause of tension between me and hubby whenever we clean.
So we can meet halfway, I developed a love for upcycling. I became a fan of "shabby chic."

Here are some of my DIY upcyling projects that my husband loves. He also gave his approval to keep these in our home.
You don't need expensive home decorations. What's important is that you are happy with what you see. Hubby is very happy with these pieces because he saw my effort to make them.

I let the kids finish the altar by placing stickers, so even if they are not straight, I didn't change them. It's the memories while doing it that is more important. It is their home too, after all.
