Angelica Panganiban's Fiance Left A Sweet Message To Their Baby Before Proposing, 'Daddy Loves Mommy Very Much'

"Ikakasal ako, guys!"

Angelica Panganiban told her friends and followers in their latest vlog on their YouTube channel, The Homans.

Apparently, Angelica has been engaged to her non-showbiz boyfriend Gregg Homan for more than five months, since the video was shot when she was four months pregnant with their first child, Amila Sabine. They uploaded the vlog on October 8.

Before popping the question, Gregg recorded a video of him talking to their baby girl whom they fondly called Bean.

"Hi, baby Bean, it's your dad here. You're still in your mom's belly. You're four months old now. I'm making this video for you because I want you to know that daddy's very nervous because he's gonna ask mommy to marry him."

He continues, "It's been difficult for daddy to find a time to do this, with all the pregnancy stuff and mom's been a bit moody lately, but it's not her fault."

"Daddy loves mommy very much and wants to spend our lives together. I hope everything goes well. I don't think she has an idea that I'm gonna ask her today."

He ended the video by saying, he was excited for Bean to see his message, and for her to come out and see the world.

The next part of the vlog showed how Gregg proposed to Angelica, at a time when the actress said she was sleepy.

"Maraming paraan para sumaya sa buhay na 'to, pero ikaw lang yung kailangan ko," Gregg told Angelica before asking to marry him.

Aside from saying yes, preggy Angelica couldn't help but say, "Bakit mo ginawa ng inaantok ako?" 

Pregnancy mood swings

Mood swings are very common in pregnant women. From being giddy one minute to crying the next, these changes are due to hormones, sleep deprivation, and anxiety, according to Healthline.

One moment, Angelica was giddy. "May baliw na nagpropose sakin. Ewan ko, dead na dead sa akin. Kahit na anong kabaliwan ko, pangit ng ugali ko, mahal na mahal ako. Nag-propose sa buntis na mainit ang ulo."

Then after a while, she cried when she imagined walking down the aisle with their baby. "May kasama akong maglakad sa aisle. It's so sweet."

Angelica gave birth to their first child on September 20. They have yet to release a vlog about their birthing story.
