Just Like Kuya Miggy, Neri Miranda's Baby Cash Now A Condo Unit Owner

Neri and Chito Miranda's son, Baby Cash, who is turning one in October, is now a condominium unit owner.

On Sunday, September 18, 2022, Neri revealed on Instagram that she and her husband have bought their second son his own condo unit. The purchase comes just seven months after the couple announced they bought their eldest son Miggy his first real-estate property.

In the caption of her post, Neri said that everything Cash will earn from his endorsements will be used to pay for the condo unit, and the unit will be up for rent. She did the same for the condo unit of eldest son Miggy, whose endorsements also pay for his unit.

Neri wrote (published as is), "Welcome to Cash's Condo [emoji] Lahat ng kinita nya sa endorsements, dito ko nilalagay. Gusto ko habang lumalaki ang mga bata, nakikita nila yung mga pinagtrabahuan nila. Eto rin ang magiging first negosyo ni Cash. Kagaya ni Kuya Miggy, ipapa-rent din namin to. Para mag generate ng income at mas makapag ipon pa sila."

The celebrity mom hopes to set a good example for their kids when it comes to handling money so they can develop good financial skills as early as possible.

Neri continued, "Ako mismo ang nagmamanage ng pera nila. Nilalagay ko sa investments at sa insurance.

"At kapag maiintindihan na nila ang importance ng saving their money, mas maaappreciate nila ang ginagawa namin ng Dad nila.

"Para kahit bata palang sana, maging wais na sila sa buhay."

What if Cash does not have any endorsement?

Neri said, "Hinuhulugan ko pa rin to...ako muna ang nagbabayad monthly. Yung kay Kuya Miggy, tapos na naming bayaran. Nakaraos din after ilang years, hehe! Sino kaya ang unang magiging lessee ni Cash? Basta ingatan nyo ha? [emoji]"

She ended her post saying, "Sa lahat ng gustong mag invest ng preselling condos at good deal, kindly contact @rachaeldmiranda for inquiries. Sa kanya kami bumibili [emoji]"

Aside from Miggy and Cash's condo units, Neri has been investing their hard-earned money into several properties and businesses. Neri and Chito are currently leasing their vacation condo unit at Pico de Loro via Airbnb. The yacht in Batangas that Neri bought for Chito is also up for rent. The couple also owns a salon, a restaurant, and a milk-tea shop in Tagaytay.
