The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has announced that several of its services will be unavailable this Saturday, October 19, 2019, due to a “major systems upgrade.”
“This is in line with our continuing efforts to provide more advanced services and capabilities for you,” the bank said in an advisory.
From 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, the following services will be unavailable: online banking, mobile app, ATMs, cash accept machines, debit cards, and BizLink and ELink platforms.
Credit card and prepaid card services will still be accessible.
All BPI branches will also be closed from October 19 to 20, according to the advisory.
“Please plan your weekend transactions accordingly,” BPI said.
