A baby is truly a blessing in so many ways. A messenger of joy and hope, babies can melt a heart of stone and turn even a dire situation around.
And although vlogger Dani Barretto’s estranged father Kier Legaspi was not present, she, husband Xavi Panlilio, and their 3-month-old daughter Millie had a heartwarming reunion with her paternal relatives recently, as she posted on her Instagram Stories.
“My Legaspi family finally meeting Millie,” she captioned their family photo. With them in it were her grandmother Hershey, her uncle Zoren Legaspi, aunt Carmina Villaroel, and twin cousins Mavy and Cassy Legaspi, among others. Baby Millie looked right at home in the arms of her great grandmother, whom she already met in November.

She is the most deserving to walk me down the aisle,” she said in her vlog.
She also implied a falling out with her father.
“My mom really raised me well. Not that I never thought I needed him. Of course at one point in my life, I thought I needed a dad. But kung wala diyan sa harap mo, hindi mo naman puwedeng damdamin ‘yun. Life goes on,” she added.
Nonetheless, Kier sent well wishes to Dani and Xavi for their wedding day through Instagram.
“I want you to know that I was the first man who ever loved you and that no matter what, you will always be my daughter. I will continue to pray for you and your family. Hindi importante ang opinyon ng iba. Para sa akin, kasama ang Legaspi family you will have a special place in our hearts. I wish nothing but the best for you. May God bless you and everyone you love.”
