'PHAT Pregnant' Aubrey Miles Keeps Working Out Despite Morning Sickness

Yesterday, July 4, the soon-to-be mom of three flaunted her tiny baby bump for all to see. Aubrey Miles just entered her second trimester of pregnancy.
Since she and partner Troy Montero jointly announced on June 30 that they are expecting another baby due to arrive in 2019, Aubrey has been more open in sharing and chronicling her pregnancy on social media.
The couple is known for their love for a healthy lifestyle (and recently for posting nude photos of themselves while vacationing). Both Troy and Aubrey share their workout videos and diets on social media regularly.
"Pregnant or not pregnant, I'm working out," Aubrey posted on Instagram, but also said that she has modified her exercise routine now that she's expecting. "It’s gonna be a wild ride especially with morning sickness and mood swings," she said. "I love a new challenge," the preggo momma added.

Experts say so, too. in fact, it's the perfect time to get physical. Combined with proper nutrition and prenatal care, exercise provides many benefits to a pregnant woman and her baby.
"If it’s been awhile since you’ve exercised and you have health issues, it’s a good idea to talk to your doctor before you do any activities. Always remember every pregnancy is different," the actress stressed.

Aubrey and Troy are already parents to Hunter Cody and John Maurie (Aubrey's son from a previous relationship). It is, however, the first time she's experiencing morning sickness, even now that she's beyond the first trimester. "It's the weirdest feeling ever," Aubrey said.
CONTINUE READING BELOWwatch nowAnd her pregnancy craving? "This kid likes veggies and fruits," Aubrey shared in her Instagram Stories. The mom-to-be has been snacking on salads, greens, Fuji apple, black cherries, and prunes. "Kid, please, give me something new to eat!" she quipped.
The actress isn't on a specific diet now. "So far I think I’m doing good with my food and liquid intake while in my 2nd trimester. I still eat my normal food, but I added more veggies and fruits. I decided to load up with juices for times when I feel hungry, and I don’t need to eat because I just ate," Aubrey shared.
For all her pregnancy social media posts, Aubrey uses the hashtag #amilesphatpregnant. That's Aubrey Miles "phat" pregnant, and the last two words are also the title of her Instagram Stories album for her pregnancy posts. Troy explained the rationale behind it.

"One thing about a pregnancy, it will definitely bring you closer together than you ever expected. From the late night craving runs to laying in bed together discussing what the baby could look like or if it's a girl or a boy," he wrote. "We still have a long way to go, at this moment we're feeling so blessed," Troy said.
"To my Sweetness, you have been nothing short of amazing, day in and day out. I love you. And lastly, I'd just like to say you look PHAT - Pretty Hot And Tempting," Troy wrote. Awww. Isn't he the sweetest?
