Richard Gutierrez And Sarah Lahbati Tie The Knot In Surprise Ceremony!
A wedding in the time of COVID-19!by SmartParenting Staff .
Sarah Lahbati and Richard Gutierrez did push through with their wedding, after all! But don't worry, they observed the proper social distancing guidelines during the ceremony.
Based on the photos they released (taken by photographer Pat Dy), Sarah and Richard made it a point to keep the affair small, and every guest had his/her own chair including Richard's and Sarah's parents. Richard's twin brother, Raymond, and sister Ruffa were also present. From the photos, it looked like their two kids, Zion and Kai, were not in attendance.
The couple posted the same set of photots on Instagram. The caption began with "I have you. And it’s enough. It's everything."

It could also have been a Christian wedding because another person they thanked was Pastor John Ong.
The couple was set to tie the knot today, March 14, 2020, at the Bonifacio Hall at Shangri-La the Fort. It was a much-anticipated wedding especially with the prenuptial photos the couple had been posting on their social platforms. But two days ago, Sarah and Richard announced they were postponing it in light of the COVID-19 outbreak and the community quarantine that will go into effect at 12:01, March 15.
