Pwede Kang Tumulong! There's A Community Pantry In Almost Every City In Metro Manila

It has been about a week since the Maginhawa Community Pantry popped up in Quezon City and nearly a hundred more have followed suit in Metro Manila alone.

A Facebook group, Community Pantry PH, is now working to consolidate information on all pantries that have popped up nationwide—and yup, they're growing by the day!

Below, we round up the locations of the ones now operating in Metro Manila, in case you want to find one near you.

With all the community pantries being set up by people who just want to help—now that help is most needed a year into the so-called world's longest lockdown—it can be difficult to keep track.

So if you know of one or are starting your own, a handy map has also been put up so you can pin a new location. "Magbigay ayon sa kakayahan. Kumuha batay sa pangangailangan," as Patricia Non wrote for the first community pantry.
