  • 1. Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes celebrate 10 months of married life

    Perhaps in anticipation of having their last few moments as a couple, last October 30, the Kapuso power couple celebrated 10 months of getting hitched. Marian posted a photo of their wedding band and captioned it: “Araw-araw akong di makakalimot magpasalamat sa Panginoon na ikaw ang ipinagkaloob nya sa akin upang maging akin kabiyak. Maligayang Anibersaryo, Mahal ko.” Dingdong, on the other hand, posted a photo of them sharing a banana split. “Celebrating 10 months of marriage over a sliced banana (and some ice cream)."     The former Glee star Naya Rivera and husband actor Ryan Dorsey introduced their six-week-old son over the weekend.     4. Friends are a mom’s best support group
    A new study published in Development Psychology suggests that friends, instead of spouses, top a mom’s list of supporters that help them the most. Researchers from the Arizona State University surveyed more than 2,000 women and found the top four factors that contribute to their emotional well-being: unconditional acceptance, feeling comforted during stressful times, feeling they can be themselves with others, and friendship satisfaction—making women friends a crucial must-have.     Just 45 minutes a week of doing yoga for six consecutive weeks can help cut anxiety levels by 30 percent—something that can help women who are trying to conceive via in vitro fertilization (IVF).
