As the Department of Education (DepEd) gears up for the school year 2020-2021, the Knowledge Channel released its programming schedule for Kindergarten to Grade 10 students.
Danie Sedilla-Cruz, Knowledge Channel head, tells SmartParenting.com.ph that its original programming content is based on DepEd's "Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs)." The schedule covers Math, Science, English, Filipino, and Araling Panlipunan subjects.
Knowledge Channel has also made its video lessons available on YouTube and on knowledgechannel.org. A playlist for every grade level will be provided on Facebook with links to the Knowledge Channel website, so catching up online is possible.
Knowledge Channel will hold a live digital orientation about their learning ecosystem this Friday, August 14, at 2 p.m. at Knowledge Channel's Facebook page.
Here is the channel's programming grid.
