LOL! Jake Ejercito Is Powerless Against Daughter Ellie's Deadpan Texts

Remember when Ellie Eigenmann had that text conversation with her dad Jake Ejercito about Hidilyn Diaz?

ICYMI, Jake took to Twitter and IG to share tidbits from his convo with Ellie about the Philippines' first Olympic gold-medalist. Ellie nonchalantly shared she and her mom Andi Eigenmann and Andi's partner Philmar Alipayo were going to meet the weightlifter. She then proceeded to answer her dad's enthusiastic follow-up questions with "I don't know."

The absolute clincher? Jake asked Ellie to get Hidilyn's autograph for him, which she didn't! But hey, at least she got a snap of herself with Hidilyn and our country's only Olympic gold medal (so far!). And well, we guess Jake gets to keep that picture too! We can't get over her straight-up "No" reply after Ejercito asked her about the autograph (see below).

As it turned out, this was not the first time Ellie has amused — and frustrated — dad with her SMS.

 

Ellie has always been a big mood when texting with her dad! Jake shared a couple more snaps of their convos back in 2021.

Jake cheekily stated, "Seriously considering to change her second name to 'Mood.'" Based on the hilariously snarky replies, we agree!
