It looks like new mom of three Isabelle Daza has her plate full! Her recent Instagram post said it all. "I just want to say that three kids is so FULL ON!!!!" She said everything in the image and she kept her caption to a minimum with just a period. Maybe because when you have a bunch of kids, that's all the mental load you have too!

Celebrity parents and friends couldn't help but laugh with Isabelle at the comments section of her post. Almost mom of three Andi Manzano wrote, "Me soon, praying for us mama haha".

Daphne Osena Paez, whose daughters are all grown up now shared, "Yes! Mom of 3 here. It's a riot. But fun and doable haha. They really do grow up fast. Enjoy. You're amazing."

Isabelle's close friend Raymond Gutierrez leaves a funny comment reminiscent of invalidating comments moms receive whenever theyexpress frustration over motherhood. "Ginusto mo yan", Mond wrote, likely in jest. Isabelle replied, "your mom had 5" and included exploding head emojis.

Speaking of five kids, Drew Arellano, who is a father of four and joked about adding another baby commented, "Washing maching baths withall my kids works 60% of the time, all the time!" Social media users are obviously in awe of Drew and Iya's family, one commenter askinghow to do it? Kindly teach us" in the same thread. Isabelle jokingly offers one from her brood for Drew's washing machine baths, "hahah take one of mine".

Dad to a teenager and two older children, who, like Drew and Iya, and Isabelle and Adrien is one of Smart Parenting's 20 Families That Inspire Awardees for its 20th anniversary Ryan Agoncillo had a short truth bomb for Isabelle: "3rd one is a game changer".

Parents of three kids, do you agree?

Makeup artist and mom of five Lala Flores was encouraging, "Remember to breathe in and out. You can do it Belle!" Isabelle replied, "Mommy Lals 5 kids paano?!?"

Other netizens offered a bit of advice but for most parents of multiple kids, laughter and the validation that family life is especially crazy indeed with a big brood. Social media users also tagged friends who were thinking about adding to their family or are already on the way.

Moms of three kids is the most stressful according to a 2013 US survey

In 2013, an online US survey of 7,146 mothers reported that three kids is the most stressful amount. One to two kids is not a big change but four and more kids shifts parenting to "survival mode", as some parents from this article explained.

“There’s just not enough space in your head for perfectionism when you get to four or more kids," said Dr. Janet Taylor in the same article,a psychiatrist in New York. After three kids, Dr. Taylor explains that parents become more confident in their parenting abilities whichmay be why the survey doesn't reflect what most would assume: each additional child equals additional stress.

“The more children you have, the more confident you become in your parenting abilities,” Dr. Taylor said. “You have to let go… and then you’re just thankful when they all get to school on time.”

Moms from the survey reveal that the pressure is from within. "75 percent of mothers said they stress more about the pressure they put on themselves to be perfect than they do the pressure or judgment they get from other moms."

No wonder parents of multiple kids in the comments section hardly gave advice but a laugh instead: because more and more are growing awarethat moms don't need more pressure or to be compared to one another because it's something we're already doing to ourselves.

Whether you have three kids or one, remember you can enjoy parenthood while facing its daily challenges at the same time.
