Solenn Heussaff: How To Make Moon Sand And Broccoli Pizza For A Great Afternoon Activity

    How can you not pay attention when Anne Curtis and Solenn Heussaff collaborate? The two have put their heads together to put up a new baby clothing brand called Tili Dahli last June 2021.

    Now, under the Tili Dahli brand, Solenn's YouTube channel is sharing two one-minute videos of simple activities for the kids: how to make pizza (to eat) and moon sand (made of food but for play).

    How to make moon sand

    Bring the beach to your home and have fun creating with the kids!


    • 2 cups cornstarch
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 4 teaspoons coconut oil

    You will also need:

    • Mixing bowl
    • Optional: whisk for mixing (you may also use a spoon)


    1. Put the 2 cups of cornstarch and the 1 cup of brown sugar in the mixing bowl.
    2. Mix the two ingredients well.
    3. Put the 4 teaspoons of coconut oil and mix again until it looks like sand and it's play time!

    How to make broccoli pizza

    You can make five tiny broccoli pizzas with this recipe


    • 1 bowl broccoli floret
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
    • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
    • Preferred pizza toppings (tomatoes and tomato sauce, basil, cheese)

    You will also need:

    • Food processor or blender
    • Parchment paper
    • Oven


    1. Pulse or blend all the broccoli florets in the food processor or blender until they turn into a mushy, green substance.
    2. Add in the 2 large eggs, the Parmesan and Mozarella cheese, and the Italian herb seasoning.
    3. Mix all of them a little bit then pulse or blend again until all the ingredients have mixed well.
    4. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and shape them like tiny pizza circles.
    5. Put it in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400°F.
    6. Take out the baked broccoli pizza crust and add the pizza toppings of your choice. (Solenn added tomatoes, more cheese, and some basil leaves.)
    7. Bake it again for 7-10 minutes and you’re done!
