Rachel shared a video of how she revealed the news to her husband. While the two were playing, she asked her daughter to give the pregnancy test to Migz.
"Also belated happy birthday to the hubs - you already know this counts as your gift for the next few years," the beauty queen wrote in another post.
On the couples anniversary in July last year, Migz posted on Instagram that he wants to have "many many more children" with Rachel. To which she replied, "To one more child! Love you xxx."
Their daughter Kaia turned one last October and tied the knot in the same month.
Two under two: What's life going to be like
Being a parent of a toddler is already a handful, but what happens when a newborn arrives?
1. Take it one at a time
In an article by Parents.com, one of the challenges of being a mom of two under two would be handling two sets of needs at once.
Experts say, when parents are faced with this challenge, it's best to handle the greater need first. It's normal for you to feel those moments when you think everyone needs you. Breathe, and let the other kid wait while you attend to the need of the other. It's a good time to teach patience and sharing too, which is a life skill, according to experts.

2. Mom guilt is valid
Another challenge would be dealing with guilt. For sure, with our firstborns, we give them all of us, all of our time, and our attention. It would shatter us if we realize we couldn't give our 100 percent to our second child. But it's okay.
Experts assure parents that being too laser-focused on one child is not helpful, and having a new person whom they going to share their attention with will benefit them in the long run. What you can do here is to soften the transition for your firstborn. You can read them a book about having a new sibling, and let them understand that some things will be different, but some things will remain the same like your love and care, among others.
3. Ask for help
Finally, moms of two under two will experience exhaustion like never before. Thus, take advantage of all the help that you can get. Taking breaks isn't selfish, it's a need. Even just for a few minutes, breathe. Remember that you are doing your best, but you also have to rest. Remember, your husband is your number one ally in all this! Talk to him, and let him know how he can best help you.
