  • Sleep is essential when you're expecting. Not just for you and your baby's health, but because being pregnant can be exhausting! 

    The physical and emotional demands of pregnancy, plus the body's changing hormone levels, can make it difficult for a preggy mom to get enough sleep, according to the U.S. National Sleep Foundation.

    "It is very important for pregnant women to prioritize sleep and to find effective strategies for managing their sleep problems as early as possible in their pregnancy," they add.
