Most women experience some form of physical pain or discomfort during pregnancy, brought about by the body's natural tendency to accommodate the life growing inside her. It is especially true as a woman's due date draws near, so it's important to learn how to manage the symptoms.
For actress and PBA courtside reporter Erika Padilla-Cariaso, hyperacidity and periodical numbness of her extremities troubled her. What helped, she said, was being mindful of what triggered these reactions. She also relied on her yoga practice, which gave her a healthier physique and a generally happy aura throughout her pregnancy.
