Actor Dennis Trillo and his wife Jennylyn Mercado threw a fun double-themed birthday party for their daughter Dylan, who turned two on April 25.
Kapuso star Jennylyn uploaded a carousel of photos taken from Dylan's birthday shoot on her Instagram. It can be seen that the married couple happily dressed as Dylan's favorite 'Moonbug' characters: Dennis as Blippi, and Jennylyn as Meekah.
"Two years ago, you made us the happiest parents in the world. Happy 2nd birthday our little princess!" Jennylyn wrote in her Instagram post.
"Love, Mama Meekah and Papa Blippi," the actress concluded.

The Sesame Street-themed party, which had a touch of Moonbug motif, thanks to "Papa Blippi and Mama Meeka's" presence, was graced by characters like Big Bird, Elmo, Cookie Monster, and more.
Several netizens were delighted to see that the married couple went the extra mile for their daughter's second birthday, especially Dennis, who's known to be a hands-on dad to his daughter. Well-wishes from showbiz friends and followers also flooded the post.

Dennis Trillo and Jennylyn Mercado's Relationship
Dennis and Jennylyn have been together since 2014 but only got married in 2022 after a long period of separation. Dylan is their first child together, whom they welcomed in 2022.
It can be recalled that the couple explored surrogacy as early as 2018 and had a long journey marked with two failed attempts and a US travel until they found out that Jennylyn could conceive naturally. They have a blended family; Jennylyn has a son, Alex Jazz with actor Patrick Garcia, and Dennis has a son, Calix with his former girlfriend Carlene Aguilar.
