Aniya, "Kasi siyempre kapag may naramdaman ka after the vaccination, you want to know saan ba nanggaling ’yon? Whether this vaccine or that vaccine. Just to avoid confusion."
Saad pa ni Dr. Ong-Lim, "The precautions that are implemented after vaccination are really just to avoid being confused if you develop some kind of symptoms. Kasi after vaccination, talagang may mararamdaman.

If you expect already that you’ll feel something after vaccination, and you unduly stressed your body by nagpuyat ka pa, uminom ka pa, or nag-exercise ka, nag-marathon ka.
That’s just the reason we ask you to restrict your activities. If you’re not feeling anything, there’s really no point in asking you to stay home and magtago ka na lang. It really depends on how each person reacts."
