Team Kramer's New Condo Is Finally Done! 'No Shortcuts To Investing The Right Way'

Celebrity couple Chesca Garcia-Kramer, Doug Kramer, and their three kids (a.k.a 'Team Kramer') are proud to show their new milestone as a family — a newly-renovated condo home!

Team Kramer had their first sleepover at their new property last week, October 29, 2021, as seen from a photo shared by Doug on Instagram.

Chesca commented on the post, saying, "Kids are the happiest!"

Doug shared their newly-improved condo was one year in the making, and the property was a "7 year-long investment." Photos from the post showed a before and after transformation of the unit.

"There's no short cuts to investing the right way," Doug emphasized.

From being a space with pale white-colored walls, the unit was filled with furniture and other pieces that completed the rustic vibe of the condo. True to Doug's description, it was their "home away from home," seeing the resemblance of the condo unit with their house in Antipolo, Rizal. 

It was August 2021 when Doug first shared photos from their condo unit. It was still a work in progress back then without the furniture. Doug said then the new home project was a testament of how "sacrifice pays off."

For those asking how Team Kramer achieved financial success to be able to afford not just one but two beautiful homes, Doug has this advice:

"A lot always ask us for financial advice. And for the most part, our common answer is sacrifice.For @chekakramer and I, when we were newly married, we knew our journey financially as a couple just started, so we planned to always put needs first over wants."

Doug and Cheska have three children — Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.
