We've read countless horror stories moms share about their mothers-in-law, so it's a breath of fresh air when veteran actress Sylvia Sanchez shared a post about her soon-to-be daughter-in-law, Maine Mendoza, and her son, Arjo Atayde.

The mom of four reposted a video of Arjo and Maine on Instagram having fun on a rollercoaster ride and penned a sweet message for the couple.

"Watching this brings back so many memories! Dati pag gusto mong mag roller coaster, ayaw mong sumakay mag isa, ako lagi ang niyayaya mo. Ganyan ka na bata palang. Wala pa ring pinagbago, sigaw at tawa ka pa rin hahaha. Ngayon, masaya akong makita na may iba ka nang nakakasama at ligtas na ako sa pagyayaya mo," Sylvia wrote in a post on April 16.

She added, "Ako yan dati, Maine. Ngayon, you’re Arjo’s constant adventure buddy! Thank you, Maine. My heart is full! Love you both."

In the comment section, celebrities and netizens can't help but praise Sylvia for being the mother-in-law they wish to have.

Sunshine Garcia said, "Awww apaka sweet na mother inlaw!" One user meanwhile said, "Yung magkaroon ka lang ng ganitong mother in law, yung may mabuting puso. Nakaka-blessed na talaga."

Sylvia has been very vocal in expressing her feelings towards her children and their partners.

In another post, Arjo had to spend his birthday with Maine last year, Sylvia showed how she is an understanding MIL. "First time ng pamilya na hindi ka nakasama sa birthday mo, pero happy kami kasi alam naming sobrang happy ka dahil kasama mo ang pinakamamahal mong si Bubba."

When Arjo and Maine got engaged last year, Sylvia promised Maine that she will love her as her own. "Finally!! Welcome to the family, Maine. Thank you for loving my son. Love you Nak. I promise that I will take care and love you as my own Daughter."

And this love and care also applies to Zanjoe Marudo, her daughter Ria Atayde's boyfriend. In their recent Japan trip, Sylvia lauded the couple for their efforts in planning their trip.

In an Instagram story posted on April 23, she wrote, "I love my daughter Ria, the captain of the ship. She plans everything for us and make sure that everyone will be happy." She added, "And thank you Zanjoe, kaagapay ka na sa mga ginagawa ni Ria and happy ako dahil sa travel na to, nakita ko pag-aalaga at pagmamahal mo sa anak ko."
