Ate Nala Is a Carbon Copy of Mom Camille Prats (Parang Binagbiyak na Bunga!)

What a way to welcome a new month! Camille Prats Yambao shared photos from her youngest son’s, Nolan Cristiano, first photo shoot. The images were taken when the newest addition to the Yambao family was only 3 weeks old at the comfort of their home and shot by Nice Print Photography.

The actress and Mars Pa More co-host gave birth to Nolan on July 10, at 7:27 a.m. at St. Luke’s Medical Center. Camille and husband VJ Yambao were already in the hospital at around 1 a.m. She initially wanted to try for a vaginal birth after C-section (VBAC) but agreed with her doctor to deliver her baby via C-section (CS).

Based on the photos, Nolan, whose facial features suggest he may be his dad's carbon copy, looked like he slept peacefully during the shoot.

Speaking of carbon copy, Nolan had photos taken with his Ate Nala Camilla, who’s turning 2 in September 2019. And there is no question whom Nala takes after when it comes to looks — she and her mom are “parang binagbiyak na bunga,” as the elders would say. (Scroll below to see her solo.) 

“My heart is bursting with so much love,” Camille wrote as caption for a photo of Nala cradling and kissing her baby brother on the cheek.

“Ate will always love you, Nolan,” read Nice Print Photography’s caption for a photo that showed Nala kissing her baby brother’s forehead as he lay asleep in a basket.

Camille and VJ were a bit worried about how their daughter would react to her baby brother’s arrival. Nala had been enjoying the attention of the family including big brother Nathan. But all their fears vanished when Ate Nala held the baby right away and didn’t even want to let him go.

To celebrate her new role as a big sister, Nala also had some solo photos taken during her baby brother’s photo shoot. “My happy little ate, Camille wrote as a caption. Her daughter’s smile was just beaming with pride and excitement to show Nolan more love.
