Carlo Aquino Is Now A Dad And Shares First Photo Of Newborn

Carlo Aquino is now part of the ‘girl dad’ club! On Sunday, September 13, 2020, the 35-year-old actor revealed that he is now a father through a photo of his daughter on Instagram.

“You can thank your stars all you want but I’ll always be the lucky one,” he writes in the caption, quoting the song “Your Universe” by Rico Blanco and tagging his girlfriend, model Trina Candaza. He also shared the name of their daughter: Enola Mithi Aquino.

Though only a small part of her face can be seen, it looks like Carlo’s newborn has his eyes.

No other details about the birth has been announced, and Trina has yet to make a post about their baby. But in the comments section of Carlo’s post, celebrities like Ria Atayde, Sylvia Sanchez, Zanjoe Marudo, Gladys Reyes, and Nikki Valdez are already congratulating the new dad.

It was in October 2019 when Carlo confirmed his relationship with Trina. In an interview this February 2020, Carlo admitted that he was ready to marry his non-showbiz girlfriend.

“Oo, tama, siyempre nasa tamang edad na rin ako. Titingnan natin sa mga susunod na buwan, taon,” he was quoted saying.
