Camille Prats announces new pregnancy on Christmas Day

In an Instagram post on December 25, the actress and TV host announced that she is once again expecting. "Our family is getting merrier coz a little present is on the way," the mom of two captioned their family photo.

Camille revealed in a Youtube video recorded on November 28 that her period had been delayed for a few days. "Hindi ko alam if it has something to do with the change of diet or dahil nag-a-acupuncture ako, baka may pagbabago yun sa body ko," Camille said, so she decided to take a pregnancy test.

"May faint line sya na positive, pero hindi talaga full," she adds. "VJ and I decided to see our ob-gyn to really make sure what's going on."

Later in the video, VJ recorded footages as Camille lay on the bed at the doctor's clinic. During the ultrasound, her doctor pointed out on screen the "embryonic pole," or fetal pole, which indicated she was pregnant!

Camille, who was apparently hospitalized for "too much vomiting," was assured by the doctor that this did not affect the fetus' growth, as evident in its healthy heartbeat, during her checkup less than a month after confirming the pregnancy.

When Camille broke the news of her pregnancy to her son Nathan, the 10-year-old was ecstatic and said he wants a boy this time, "because we have Nala na," referring to his one-year-old sister Nala, "but either way it's still okay if it's still a girl," he added. Camille is due to give birth in July 2019.

Marian Rivera shows baby bump in Siargao

#TeamDantes spent the last few days of 2018 enjoying the sand and sea in Siargao. Now six months pregnant, Marian posted a photo of herself wearing a sporty-type bikini on the beach, showing her growing baby bump. "My heart is full...and so is my tummy," she jokingly captioned it.

In another photo, she described how she feels being pregnant the second time around. "There is no better feeling than the movement of life inside of you...Anak, ang likot-likot mo," she wrote.

Marian and husband Dingdong confirmed rumors of the pregnancy in September, and revealed in November that they are expecting a baby boy, a wish come true for their 3-year-old daughter Zia.

Judy Ann would rather give memories than gifts to family

The mom of three says that while it was easy for her to look for gifts for daughters Yohan and Luna and son Lucho, deciding on a present for husband Ryan takes a bit of reading between the lines.

"Alam mo, ganyan kaming mag-asawa, hindi kami nagsasalita, nagpapakiramdaman lang kami," she told in an interview. "Tapos the whole year, pareho naming pinakikinggan yung isa't isa kapag nagkukuwentuhan kami. Kung ano yung gustong marating o mapuntahan, ano gusto ma-experience," she adds.

She reveals that memories, more than material gifts, matter to them as a family. In the past, the couple had gone on trips to celebrate milestones in their married life. Says Judy Ann, "Yung materyal na bagay, hindi mo naman madadala iyan. Makakatandaan mo na siya, hindi na babagay sa 'yo.

"Yung memories will go a long way until you have a grandchildren...Yun yung maibabahagi mong kuwento sa kanila.

"I think that's what really matters — how you instill the values to your children."

Doug Kramer reminisces a decade of family life

Ten years since he and Chesca got married in October 2008, and three children later, Doug relived their family's journey through an Instagram post featuring their ongoing project: their dream home.

"We started our marriage living in a rented house. Then a small condo rental for a family of three with Kendra to a rented townhouse with newly born Scarlett. Did a leap of faith to trust God's provisions and purchased our first built home with newly born Gavin. That was 2008-2018. The first 10 years!" he captioned his post.

The Kramers have been documenting on social media the construction of their dream home, which began in January 2018. Based on the photos, their new home is a three-storey structure that has a playroom, a spacious living area, a big walk-in closet for Chesca, a "man cave" for Doug, a gym, a music corner, home theater, a home office, and an infinity pool.

The Kramers expect to move in to their new home this year.

Mariel Padilla marks many firsts in family's 2018 holiday celebrations

The Padillas have been all about family this month. After Robin's daughter Kylie's wedding to Aljur Abrenica, her long-time partner and father of her son Alas, on December 11, it was Robin's turn to play the role of son-in-law as he came face-to-face with wife Mariel's dad, Abelardo Termulo, for the first time.

"After 8 years @robinhoodpadilla and my Dad finally meet [heart emojis] my heart is full. Thank you so much to everyone in my family for being so supportive of this moment. It means so much to me," she captioned a family photo where Robin is standing next to Mr. Termulo.

Mariel's dad is based in the United States, and Mariel stayed with him while waiting to give birth to daughter Isabella in November 2016. Robin, however, was unsuccessful in his attempt to obtain a visa to the United States so he was unable to join her in time for their first child's birth.

Year 2018 was also Mariel, Robin and Isabella's first time to spend Christmas together since "we were in Delaware for @mariaisabelladepadilla ‘s 1st christmas then last year @robinhoodpadilla spent it in Marawi so this is the first time we are together as a family and this is the best family photo we have," Mariel captioned another photo.

The holiday season also marks the first time Mariel had a photo with her dad, and mom, April Ihata, who are estranged, and her older sister Kaye. "This is our ONLY picture with both our parents...the only one EVER!!! [smileys] my first family photo."

"My 2018 is complete. I have been waiting for this day for 8 years... thank you God for giving it to me," Mariel ended her post.
