Dina Bonnevie is singing praises of her ex-husband’s wife Pauleen Luna.
In a tell-all interview with Ogie Diaz, the veteran actress talked about the relationship of her kids with her former beau Vic Sotto’s ladylove, praising her despite her keeping her distance. "Sabi ni [Danica], bakit daw hindi kami nag-uusap? Sabi ko, 'Am I gonna call her on the phone? Ano pag-uusapan namin? Si Vic? Ayoko nang makialam.'"
She clarified that she has nothing against Pauleen, and appreciates her efforts toward ensuring that Vic stays close to their kids. "She's very nice, siya ang tumatawag...lagi siyang gumagawa ng event para magkasama-sama sila."

She also recalled meeting the host a long time ago and being on good terms with her from the start. "Actually, I've met her na before. Sa Eat Bulaga! pa, noon pa 'yun. It was fun, I have nothing against her."

Further, Dina also disclosed that she wasn't always this positive and confident, and was once *bitter* before she found a new love in her now husband Deogracias Victor "DV" Barbers Savellano. "Kung noon, super bitter ako...kaya ako naniniwala, hurt people, hurt other people. Noon, super bitter ako. Siyempre, ikaw nga if you're younger, iisipin mo, bakit? Anong meron? I'm 10 years younger!

She joked, "At masarap naman ako magluto!"
“Pero ngayon, hindi na. Pangit talaga maging bitter, dapat, move on."
She said, "I think it's very clear naman, even with Pauleen na, she wants Vic and I want to remain friends."
And as for a possible friendship between her and Pauleen in the future, Dina says she’s not closing any doors: "Siguro nga if possible maging magkaibigan din kami ni Pauleen. Wala siyang kinalaman sa paghihiwalay namin [ni Vic.] Ang uso ngayon, modern family na, hindi na uso 'yung mga nag-aampalaya diyan," she concludes.
