Cebu Pacific now allows passengers of flights scheduled from March 10 to April 30, 2020, to either rebook their flights for free or put the full cost of their tickets in a travel fund.
According to an advisory on the official Cebu Pacific Facebook page, though the carrier continues to operate its flights as scheduled, it has also made changes to its booking policies due to rebooking and cancellation requests made by passengers in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Second, passengers may choose to put the full cost of their ticket in a travel fund that they can use as the payment for a flight they will purchase in the future. Cebu Pacific says this travel fund is valid for 180 days and may be used for bookings as far as 12 months in the future.
