In an Instagram reel posted by her husband Drew Arellano on November 25, the mom of four can be seen intricately braiding Alana's hair. Drew wrote, "Ladies and gentleman, today’s SEA URCHIN hairstyle is brought to you by the most hard-working stylist in the world!"

The reel now has over 100k views as of writing, and Iya just got the comment section exploding with messages of awe and praise for her dedication. 

Iya made it clear in a comment that she doesn't fix Alana's hair everyday. She explained that she chooses the style based on three things: 

"1. Alana’s set up (if I think she’s gonna be seated for awhile (about to eat, gadget time, and in this case - lollipop) 2. My mood (am I ready to struggle or will I keep it simple?) 3. How much time we have."

Celebrity parents like Bianca Gonzalez were quick to praise Iya, "Grabe the dedication!"

Saab Magalona also said, "Galing!!!"

One of her followers who could relate say, "Yung hinahawakan ang hair habang naglalakad ang nagdala! Mangawit na lahat 'wag lang umulit tirintas!" To which Iya replied, "You know it!"
