Bettinna Carlos Eduardo is pregnant with twins!
“Officially entering my second trimester! Hallelujah,” Bettinna wrote in the caption.
She also shared how different this pregnancy has been compared to her previous ones, writing: “Goodbye first tri. You weren’t the most pleasant. You were very different this pregnancy. The nausea—ibang level! Hindi ako mapakinabangan buong araw! The throwing up, never did with the two! The ‘seasonal,’ thematic cravings and hunger every two hours, tipong mamatay ako kapag hindi ako kaagad nakakain. Grabe. None of these I had with Gum and Min.”
“Plus the burst blood vessels whenever I’d throw up,” the soon-to-be mother of four added, alongside a photo showing red spots on her cheeks.

Burst blood vessels, also known as petechiae or spider veins, can appear on the cheeks during pregnancy. These are commonly caused by increased facial pressure from forceful vomiting, combined with higher blood volume and weakened blood vessels due to hormonal changes. The small red or purple dots are usually harmless and often fade on their own after childbirth.
Despite the challenging first three months, Bettinna expressed gratitude: “But so much more to be grateful for even with all those horrible pregnancy side effects. Thank you Lord I still got to cook even with intolerable smells and flavors I don’t particularly wanna eat and could still serve my mag-aama. Thank you Lord for ‘windows’ in a day when I feel stable enough to sit up and teach Amina or watch Gummy’s games. Thank you Lord for this pregnancy.”
Bettinna and husband Mikki Eduardo, have two children: 14-year-old Gummy and three-year-old Amina. The couple got married in December 2020.
Congratulations to the Eduardos!
