Everyone's excited for Iza Calzado and Ben Wintle to become a family of three.
"Wintle is coming," the award-winning actress added this hashtag in her Instagram post last night, January 25, where she announced that she will take a short social media break to savor matrescence or the transition to becoming a mother.
Since announcing her pregnancy in August last year, Iza has been sharing almost every day on social media about her whereabouts and the things she's grateful for.
Last night, she shared three layouts of her maternity photoshoots, one of which made netizens feel nostalgic about her distinct role as Sanggre Amihan in the GMA Teleserye Encantadia.
The first layout made us utter, "Kamukha niya talaga si Mama Mary," a line from the 2014 movie, Starting Over Again.
She also shared one last Instagram story of how thankful she is for the love and support of everyone for their growing family.
"I am so grateful for everything and everyone. Love and gratitude in my heart," she wrote.

Iza, who advocates for mindfulness and doing the inner work, is doing just the right thing: keeping herself mentally ready for her little one.
During her pregnancy, the actress has been preparing her body for birth, through pilates and working out with her doctor's permission. She's also been busy getting her baby's stuff ready. She also did her fair share of eating healthy, with fresh fruits as one of her pregnancy cravings.
Now, taking off time from social media will give her a much-needed break from all the external noise, and give her peace.
As one user pointed out, "Enjoy every single second Iza. It goes by so fast and you aren’t missing much out here."

In a previous Smart Parenting article, a doula explained why it's important for pregnant women to have complete focus when giving birth.
"If we approach birth with a lot of fear, magte-tense up yung ating muscles, the muscles all over our body tenses up and it creates more pain. The more fearful we are, the harder it is to manage, the harder it is to go through the process," Doula Betty said in the context of unmedicated birth. "But if we are confident that our body knows how to give birth, fear can be replaced with calm and confidence,” she said.
We hope that the next time we hear from Iza or Ben, we'll see their baby, whom they fondly called Bun-Bun.
Nevertheless, even after giving birth, this mom suggests limiting social media use because it can be a source of stress and insecurity for others, seeing other moms' lives and comparing it with theirs.
First-time moms or not, we are getting this cue from Iza to keep our mental health in check and focus on our parenthood journeys offline.
