In a recent Instagram post, the actress shared a series of photos and videos showing her and husband Derek Ramsay's baby. The post included moments from Lili's birth up to her sixth month.

Lili was born in October 2024. Since then, Ellen and Derek had chosen not to reveal her face online. Last Christmas, Ellen posted a family photo with Derek, Elias, and their newborn. Lili's face was still covered in that photo, which led a netizen to ask why.
